3. Services exclusively by prior appointment
All our services are offered by appointment only.
To access the services and products offered, as well as to make an appointment, it is necessary for each client to create/access their own account on the site, through which each client can order the desired services/products/devices.
The duration of a 1-hour session is equivalent to 55 effective minutes.
Please respect the set time and arrive/log in at least 5 minutes before the set/scheduled session start time.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy
• Payment for reserved/scheduled services is made in advance and is non-refundable if the client does not show up at the scheduled date and time.
• Rescheduling is only possible if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance.

10. Late Appointment Policy
• Delay up to 10 minutes: the session is shortened proportionally to the delay.
• Delay over 15 minutes: the session is considered canceled and the payment is lost, with no possibility of refund.

• Our services are not recommended for minors under 18 without parental consent.
• Customers with chronic illnesses or under medical treatment should consult their doctor before accessing our services/products/devices.
